Our Story
The Gluten-Free Lab was born on the 1st of March 2019, under the fiery and unwavering passion of Edoardo, Frank and William.
The synergy of these three friends, and their passion for a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, have inspired the adoption of eco-sustainable packaging.
Today, The Gluten-Free Lab is the first 100% gluten-free pasta factory in Western Australia.
