Our Story
The Gluten-Free Lab was founded on 1st March 2019, fuelled by the fiery and unwavering passion of Edoardo, Frank, and William. These three friends, united by their commitment to a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, created a synergy that inspired the adoption of eco-sustainable packaging.
