At The Gluten Free Lab, our mission is to bring authentic Italian flavour to the world of gluten-free living, without compromising on taste, texture, or tradition.

Founded in Perth, Western Australia, The Gluten Free Lab is the state’s first 100% certified gluten-free pasta factory. Behind the brand are three friends: Edoardo, Frank, and William, united by their love for good food, high-quality ingredients, and a healthier, inclusive way of eating.

What began in 2019 with a single arancini idea quickly turned into a thriving kitchen-lab dedicated to creating premium gluten-free and vegan-friendly products: from soft gnocchi to flavour-packed filled pasta and crispy arancini balls.

We’re proud to be a family-run business, and that warmth runs through everything we do. Our crew isn’t just staff, they’re part of our extended famiglia. Every product is made with care, combining modern techniques with a passion for Italian cooking that you can taste in every bite.
