Our Story

It all began with one single arancini

The Gluten-Free Lab was born on the 1st of March 2019, under the fiery and unwavering passion of Edoardo and Frank.

They started a special collaboration, with the stole intent to create only the highest qualilty food products.

They journey was long and not always easy, but with dedication and a little bit of stubbornness... the magic has begun.

William, a young and talented chef joined The Lab in November 2019. He brought innovative ideas and excitement into the group.


The synergy of these three friends, and their passion for a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, have inspired the adoption of eco-sustainable packaging.

The Gluten-Free lab has developed over 20 unique products. These products are consistently tested in a dedicated laboratory every six months, to guarantee nothing but the highest quality and hygienic standard.

Today, The Gluten-Free Lab is the first 100% gluten-free pasta factory in Western Australia.
